Refund and Returns Policy

We know that sometimes you buy something that does not work out the way you had hoped, and for that reason we did our best to make an exchange policy that is helpful for you. We always want to achieve our customer's ultimate satisfaction. And following this, we did our best to make a return policy with extended service, which is suitable for our valuable customer.

Following conditions will qualify under Refund and Returns Policy:
  • Physically Damaged Product
  • Major Defects
  • Fitting issue
  • Delivered the wrong items/Size to the customer.
  • Product Lost during shipment.
How to exchange:

If you face any issue or you are not fully satisfied with our Product, immediately call us - (+8801604-000104) or, you can directly message us on our Official Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/fabristlifestyle) or, WhatsApp Account (+8801604-000104). Please also note that the value of the exchanged product should be of similar or higher value than the original product price. If exchanging for a higher value item, the purchase value difference must be paid. Alternatively, you can ship the product to us, and we will gladly provide you with the exchange product you desire.

Please note shipping costs will not be credited if:

  • Delivered Damaged Product to the customer
  • Delivered the wrong items/Size to the customer.
  • Product Lost/Damaged during shipment.

Otherwise, shipping costs will be paid by the customer.

Items that you want to exchange or return must be unworn, unwashed, and unused with all original tags attached. Items that are opened or damaged or do not have a receipt may be denied an exchange. Please repack your product(s) securely in the original package and include the original invoice slip and tags with the package. All returns must be processed within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date.
